BiographyMy clay work started in Umea (Sweden), where my friend Sandra suggested joining Ceramics evening classes with her. I enjoyed it so much that I followed ceramic courses for two years despite my poor understanding of Swedish. When I moved to Edinburgh (Scotland), I went to The Meadows Pottery for two years to improve my throwing skills. In 2013 I joined the Bridge Pottery Collective, where I'm currently based.
The Bridge Pottery Collective helped develop my skills through research and experimentation to find my style. Thanks to the enthusiasm of Alison Robinson, founder of the Bridge Pottery Collective, I had the chance to learn and use the reduction lustre technique developed by Margery Clinton.
